In Athens Ga ripped my son off

My sons car broke down so we took it to Mr. Transmission. They said it was fixed and charged me $2700.00. After two months the same thing happened. We took it back and they said they would fix it. After two weeks of not hearing from them I called. They said it was not ready and they would call us when it was. I called and went by over a three month period. Everytime I would talk to them they would give me some excuse. I finally called and said they had the car long enough and I wanted it fixed. They said to pick it up on monday. I called on monday and he said tuesday. On tuesday I took a male friend with me and we picked up the car. It was not fixed. The transmission is still bad and now the car is sitting in the driveway. I will have to spend more money to get it fixed and if can't sell it for that amount it will have to go to the junk yard.
