This company is a nunch of scum. I was duped, lied to and ripped off. I bought a vehicle that I was told was a 2000 model Jeep Wrangler. It turned out to be a 1998. I paid $13,000 for it which they told me was below KBB. It wasn't. The thing had constant problems which were not covered by the warranty they sold me but are covered by the Arkansas Lemon Law. They refused repairs over and over and finally agreed to let me defer 2 moths worth of payments so I could get it fixed. I get some of it fixed but when the current payment came due and I was a few days behind (10) they came and picked the vehicle up and listed it on my credit report as a repossesion. I disputed this entry on my credit report and they changed the entry to a "revolving account/charged off bad debt." I have disputed it again but haven't received the results yet. I have also filed a report with the Arkansas Office of the Attorney General and they have opened an investigation. They indicated to me that I was not the only person who had issues of this type with this company.
