Our vehicle - 2002 Rav4, vin # JTEGH2OV52005571. I got this car to Leave Toyota in Tucson, Arizona on 6/27/08 to get a particular issue of severe shifting. Used to donot possess the TSB # TC002-may in those days. The pc analytical arrived having a signal of P0755, exactly the same signal whilst the above-referenced TSB. I had been informed there have been no evokes, etc for my automobile. Which it'd charge me a large number of bucks to repair that issue - was completely O.K. To continue operating the automobile this way.

11/27/08- returned to dealer - issue is worse - I'd gotten the recommended TSB. I needed to understand why they did not repair my automobile on 6/27/08, underneath the guarantee as explained. They provided no description. None. And that I perfectly might have invested a large number of bucks for this protected fix. I did so request and obtained the price of the pc dignostic charge back. And, I had been informed to consider my business elsewhere. Please bear in mind - I had been not facing anybody in the dealer, i served nicely as well as in control.

Our concerns; just how can that dealer do this? What type of implications may they assume from Toyota, if any?
