I bought a used posi unit (auto part) from this person off Ebay.in the picture he showed a nice clean unit. The description said "i have inspected this unit and it has many years of service left in it. THE CONES ARE NOT GALED THE UNIT IS VERY TIGHT AND READY TO BOLT IN"

What I received was a dirty worn out unit that that was totally trashed and unusable (have pics). At first I gave him the benefit of the doubt and suggested that maybe he sent the wrong one and promptly returned it.

I gave him a few days to make it right, but he never confirmed it was an accident, never confirmed receiving it back (had tracking on it so I know he got it), and didn't respond to emails. I opened a PayPal claim where he refused to refund my money.

In the end Paypal refunded my money under their buyer protection plan. If you're reading this, I hope you were as lucky.
