Radek Wtorkowski Ebay ID Magisterm3
Ripped me off for $123.45

Internet & Web

Radek Wtorkowski also known as eBay seller ID magisterm3 (magisterm3@aol.com) ripped me off for $123.45.

I was the winning bidder on ebay auction #200032162930 for an Alpine DVA5205 In Dash DVD Player. I paid the seller promptly, however the unit that was sent to me was not an Alpine DVA5205. It was a lesser unit.

When I took it up with this individual to try to get my money back, he refused to refund my money and further stated that it was okay, because it was a comparible unit.

That was not the point, I made the purchase because I wanted the other unit, not because I wanted the lesser unit. Also the unit that he sent was a non-functional unit.

Buyers beware! Do NOT buy anything from this individual!
