Did not honor 100K mile drivre train warrantyy

I have problem with Sunnyvale VW. The transmission failed within the 100K mile warranty. Sunnyvale VW refused to repair the car under warranty and referred my case to VW of America for resolution. As expected VW customer relations also refused to address the service problem
