Rip me off Dallas Texas

I brought a car through eastern's dealership last september -drive was provided as my finance company - I had jsut undergone surgery to remove a tumor from my spine. First the sales peolple deceived me when they ask what i wanted as my payment - ifelt for a car worth 13,000. Apayment of $250 would be reasonalble.

I have since spoken to drive repeatedly to reduce my payment of $488.11 because it is killing me, I have since lost my apartment, some one else has my child and i don't have a permenate home. They continue to reduce the payments.

Is this really going bring any solutions to this problem - these companies continue to rip off poor unsuspecting people.
