Over charge for 2007hundai Accent / that came with promblems also

I purchase a 2007 hundai accent for 15000.00 the car is worth only about 8000.00 during the time of purchase of car drive financial said that my credit was not so great. My down payment i feel was to much. I was ask to put down 2000.00 and then ask to put 500.00 more down due to the fact base on my credit with drive. I'm struggle to pay 396.28 car note with roll down windows. Yes i do feel DRIVE FINANCIAL is a RIP-OFF i am a single mother that is going to make and I will not let DRIVE FINANCIAL stop me. Its not right and its not fair to any one and ITS against the ACT of LAW. REspond to me lawyers or any one that can give me any lead way or help on this asap.
