This drive finance and the dealership process a loan when i told them i didn't want to purchase the car and no sign documents, references or work history, etc

This company is a rip-off. They first process a car loan when i told them i did not want the car on the 3rd day. The car was returned to the dealership and drive told me, the contact was not with me it was with the dealership and they will process the loan. Drive had no information on me and some kind of way they rec'd references for me from the dealership, which were people that worked there. They have set up a balance that was not the purchase for the car. Drive have put all my payment rec'd and applied it to interest "only" nothing to the principle. Each time i call and ask for a break down, they tell me that they will send it to me in the mail. When i rec'd my statement i have only applied $200 to the principle after making (4) $900 payments.

This company is a rip off and through the lord our savior and continue prayer, they will be stopped. Lets get through a law suit and refinance asap
