Very poor customer service

Found this website and the price for the parts that i needed was cheep so placed the order online, parts came in 6 working days (little slow most things that i order come in about 4 but no big deal) and the parts were wrong. I called for a RMA number 12 times and left 4 emails with no responece, (nobody ever answers the phone) finally got ahold of some jerk guy on the phone a week later. He told me that the parts were correct and i was not putting them incorretly, i told him that he could come over and show me how to install a wheel seal in a drum that i have done 100 times as a mechanic of 20 years. He told me he did not have the time to do so and gave me the RMA number. I sent back the seals certified mail and did receive a confirmation number parts were delivered in 2 days. After over a month I still did not recive credit on my visa so started calling again moren then 15 calls and 4 emils I received my credit for parts only no shipping to me or back, if the parts are listed wrong I should get my money back for the shipping it's not my fault it's their error. So beware.
