Rude and unprofessional service reps

Have a truck loan with this company and have nothing but problems. When payment is late they tell me that they will report truck stolen and who ever is driving will go to jail for auto theft. Always receive phone calls asking where the vechicle is and how many miles are on it. When tell them dont know they are very rude stating should know about vechicle.

Always told vechicle is going to be repoed if payment is not received. Have tried to talk with these people and explain why payment is late they do not want to hear. This company should not be able to threaten people with jail and stolen vechiecle some one needs to explain to this company how to be polite and non theratening.
