It's a rude and unproffesional environment. Everything is great when you are putting up your money but once the deal is closed and something goes wrong with your vechicle its helll to get what you need done

This is by far the worse experience I had purchasing a car. The salesmen are great when you are inquiring about a vechicle, they are great when you are putting your money down for the vechicle but that's where it ends.

I purchased my vechicle in vechicle in February. My panel was missing and was promised a panel wothin two weeks here it is mid April and i have not had any progress. I asked one ofthe guys there and he said he can oly finmd a kit and that he was not going to pay $400 dollars for a kit and when he finds a single panel he will get it. I again asked how long and he said "whenever I get". I had a couple of other issues with this vechicle - my gasket was going, and my ABS light was on, and the motor/sensor for the ABS break system was gone. This is all in a two month span.

I do want to say this the only person I can say that maintained a proffesional attitude at all times is the mechanic. Everyone else there is rude and unprofessional, I even got hung up a few times and was addressed as "you people". I have two sisters that also purchased cars from them (we all did around the same time) and they also had problems with them. Even the police were called because they literally pushed her out the door with excessive force because she demanded her money back because the transmission is slipping.

Well the bottom line is PLEASE reconsider buying any cars from this place. They need some customer courtesey training.
