I was told that my rate was higher due to a claim on my window. What they call a 'claim' was my calling about rear window replacement after someone vandalized my vehicle. They told me they don't cover free 'rear' window replacement and I was told my deductible would have to be charged. I chose to replace the window myself and did not file a claim. They told me that simply calling to inquire was a factor in raising my rates.
