Yerby Bauer Auto Sales sold me a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado about 2 months ago. First off the vehicle has a salvaged title. After the sales manager said that that was not a big deal, the vehicle was like new becuase of the repairs. He also said that this is the only vehicle I qualified for. He knew I needed a car and they screwed me. They wanted $3,000.00 down, and a monthly payment of 426.00.

This can has been nothing but problems since day 1. I spoke to the manager the day after I drove the car off the lot because I took it for am oil change (the oil has not been changed on this car for a long time) The mechanic said that this car was leaking fluid and that I should call the dealer asap.

After speaking to the mamager he said to bring the car in, so I did. After bringing it in their "mechanic" said there is nothing wrong and he did not no what my mechanic was talking about.

Well, it so happend that this Jeep needed the following work:

New ball joints for the front right tire
new struts
new brakes
service to the engine and
new tires

I have called Nick at Yerby Bauer over 4 times. I have not gotten any return phone calls. I went over to the dealership and noone was available to assist me, and I was told "oh well, the car was sold as is"

I ahve not made any payments on this car and as far as I am concerned, they can pick it up and refund a portion of my down payment. If not I will contact an attorney.

I have just purchased a great late model (clear title) SUV for very little down and payments lower than Yerby Bauer, and the dealer was great!!!
