Mike Brown Ford, Jeep, Chevrolet
Jeep Possibly/probably/in my opinion, recieved money for vehicle recall repairs and never did the work

Cars & Transport

We purchased a 2005 Jeep Liberty and shortly thereafter received notice of a recall on upper and lower front ball joints. We had no problems with the vehicle at that time but brought the car in for the repairs.in all my 50years, I have 'never' had a vehicle that needed this repaired nor any vehicles in my company. However, just 26,000 miles later the lower ball joints go out in this Jeep Liberty. 2 wheel drive, my wifes car.in my opinion the work was never done. The deal pocketed the money and screwed us.

Jeep claimed the work was done they had no intention of paying for it twice. The dealer tells us the work was done and though unusual its possible ball joints can go out in 26K miles.in a pigs eye.

The Mike Brown dealership is crooked in my humble opinion and I just want the rest of you to know it.

* Also, my wife was looking forward to purchasing a four door Jeep this coming year and is so disgusted by Jeep's response she is looking at Hummers instead.
