I bought a 2003 Dodge Durango from Yerby Bauer Auto Sales, I am not happy with the service that I received the next day. I drove it off of the lot with out test driving it, (salesman said that it was being cleaned???), there is a hole in the front bumper, the check engine light came on the very next day after I bought it, (salesman said that there was nothing they could do about that), The truck did not come with a spare tire, jack, a book for the Durango, and the warranty really stinks. I have reported the company to the BBB, their comment from the manager is this; "He did not start working for the company until April of and says that this is the first time he has heard from me about any problems". He proceeded to type everything that the so "warranty" covers in his response. And then proceeds to type this: "Who is to say that there was nothing wrong with the truck from the previous owner". How is that doing good business?

I still have a complaint with the BBB because I want something done about the way this company does business. The manager has also said that he wants to know why it has taken me 9 months to make a complaint? He needs to check his records, (if they keep any). I have complained about this company since the day after I got the truck because no one would help me. I was told from the salesman that if I wanted to know anything about my truck, I could go online and download and print off the manual. What a joke... They need to do more to satisfy their customers. I am very tempted not to pay my car payment and let them use their little device they have on there to shut the truck off and let it sit...
