Company lied that that i had an accident of running over a lawn / sprinkler system curb as reason for letting me go meanwhile i had a surgery and was on medical hold

On the 23 of september i had felt seriously sick and pulled into and emergency parking lot, parked my truck, called an ambulance and was hospitalized for an appendix surgery. I had a two to three wks medical hold on me, which forbids me from operating the truck. I called the company and a driver was sent to come get the truck.

The driver never came quickly, so the truck was towed for illegal parking because they could not come get the truck soon. Meantime the company phoned me in hospital 5 hours after i came out of the sugery room and announced to me my termination. This could have killed me if i were not strong, but i preoocuppied myself with my health first, little did i know that, they had damaged my new career in the DAC Report by falsefying an accident.

This has prevented me to return to work with new employers who are ready to hire me. My time, money and pains taken to build a new career for myself has been ruined by werner forgetting that i served them by delivering their loads in time and in all weather conditions and nights.

I have three children and a wife who depend on me and werner does not care about it all. Their only wish is to make money out of you and not only forget about you when you have problems, but kill you outrightly in the DAC, "This exploitative slavery must stop now". I am ready for justice to take its proper cause.
