They filed false info on my dac report

I worked for Werner Enterprises from 05 until 01 and I have not worked as a truck driver, in the past five years. I have been applying for truck driving jobs and not getting hired, so i found DAC services and I requested a copy of my DAC report. The following is what is keeping me from getting a job. Werner and DAC are saying I had 04 accidents/incidents while I worked there. Equipment was involved in an occurrence or act that produced unintended injury, death, property damage of any type, or resulted in the equipment requiring a tow (other than mechanical breakdown) while assigned to driver regardless of fault. This is a false and mulish statement. I would like it retracted.
