Is the worst, they trap drivers with great incentives to lock them into life long slavery to Werne

I worked for Werner and quickly found out that they would offer fantastic incentives for owner operators. Problem is that once you decided to leave Werner you would be required to pay off the ENTIRE balance due on your truck. The trucks they sold were old and completely worn out. Werner would tout the idea that the driver would be free and not bound to Werner. FALSE!

That was the carrot in front of the mule, forever biting at the carrot. Once you buy or lease a truck from these companys you are on the hook!
