After my AC unit in my RV took a dump over the weekend, I took it in for service where I originally purchased it. After a few days, my wife called to ask what was going on, only to find out they hadn't even started work on it yet. A short time later, they called back saying everything was fine and we can pick it up.

Now, after making the hour drive back down there to pick up our RV, I noticed it was still sitting exactly where I dropped it off four days prior. Hmmm. Then a funny thing happened when I brought it back and plugged my RV back in, absolutely nothing! That's right, The AC was still non-functioning.

I then called back to the service department, only to get "Uhh... Hmmm... I guess I can call the manufacturer to see if they ever heard of this happening". Several days later, his "call right back" never happened.

I already decided to take it into a different, and much closer, repair facility, only for them to find out within a few minutes that... Would you believe... It was fried! The new place already has the new one on order and still no phone call from ExploreUSA RV explaining why it worked for them and not for me.

I decided to call and talk to the General Manager, Tommy Owen, only to have him blow me off, saying it wouldn't make sense for his guys not to check it out, and that his service department doesn't cut corners. Seems to me, that cutting corners is exactly what they did.

I know I won't go back to them for anything, and I encourage anyone to stay clear of any of their locations. There are enough RV dealers out there to choose from, you don't need to add this shady crew to your list.
