On June 06 I purchased a motor from EAP Auto Parts and Mike Reimann for $700.00. After waiting 11 days for shipping I contacted EAP and they said they would have to reship the motor because the original carrier would not deliver to my locale. A week later I finally received the motor. It was a total piece of junk! It was missing parts, had broken parts, and wasnt even the correct motor for my application!

After finally making contact with Mike Reimann he told me to ship the motor back to him for a refund. I did so and thats where the run around began. Mike told me he had been out of town, was just turning the computer on to refund my money, he was transferring money to his account so he could credit my account, be patient, keep an eye on my account for the refund, how is the weather, etc.

Then I was no longer able to contact EAP. When I did manage to get past the answering machine they would hang up on me or put me on hold indefinitely. I reported mike Reiman and EAP to Melanie Griffith (dispute resolution specialist) of the Colorado BBB @ 303-996-3999. I found out Mike Reimann and his businesses or AKAs have over 90 complaints against them and are notorious for promising a refund and never doing so. EAP stated to the BBB that they would refund my money but have not. They are not disputing that they owe me the money they just wont pay me.

I urge everyone who has been defrauded by this company to not give up. Contact Deputy McClannon with the Douglas County Sheriffs Dept. @ 303-660-7500, The Consumer Protection Division of the Colorado Attorney Generals Office @ 1-800-222-4444 or 303-866-5443, The Colorado BBB @ 303-996-3999, and the FBI internet crime center @ www.ic3. Gov and report these crooks!

I cannot believe that Littleton and the state of Colorado are allowing this to happen. I am so pissed I cancelled my vacation to Colorado. I am not going to give up even if I do get my money back. Together we can take this lying cheating crook down!!!
