EAP Auto Parts Eurasian Auto Parts EAP SOLD ME A JUNK ENGINE AND IGNORES ME!

First of all, I placed an order by phone with a man named (Mike) using my MasterCard, The engine was $700.

They shipped it, it arrived about 2 weeks later.
2 Weeks after that I had a local shop install the motor, They finished it, it didn't sound good, They said "It should be the lifters, that noise should go away in a little bit, if it doesn't bring it back and we will look more into it, So it wasn't driving so good, and about 2 hours later im driving then BOOM!!! So i called a Tow truck, I get it there, And the motor is junk.

The funny thing is, When the motor arrived, the timing chain cover was loose without only 1 bolt holding it on, it was kinda odd.

So the day this happened, I got on the phone trying to contact them on 3 of their phone lines, during regular business hours, they ignored me, (probably recognized my area code). I called them from a friends phone the next day with some random area code, they picked up up saying "Ah yes I heard your message, I was just going to get back to you, So whats going on exactly? (I told him everything I knew). Hes like alright lets get this thing figgured out and you back on the road, I got another Motor here, I just need to get a hold of the company who installed the engine etc"

So I gave him the phone number to the repair shop and the owners name, He took my phone number as well, told me he would give me a call back, He never called me back nor called the shop who installed their junk motor.

So I start to leave messages on their phones atleast once a week, for 2 months, Writing emails. Everything! They just ignore me, they stole my money and should be shut down.
