Sold me a transmission for $555.00, never recieved the transmission, won't return my money nor my phone calls

I purchased a 1992 Lexus ES 300 transmission from European Auto Parts in Englewood Colorado from Mike Reimann. I paid him $555.00 for the transmission on March 6 and he was to ship it to me here in Texas by March 10. After a two weeks without receiving the paid for transmisson, i phoned Mike Reimann and he informed me that it was on it's way, that he had to pay the more for the shipping to get it to Texas. He said that "Freight Lines" didn't deliver to Temple Texas. However after that call to him on March 17 I have not spoken to Mike Reimann at all, he refuses to answer the phone when I call or return my calls after leaving repeated messages.
It is now April 11 and I have yet to hear from Mike Reimann or recieved either the transmission or my $550.00 back.
