RIPOFF, FRAUD, SWINDLERS ripoff artists fraud rip off scam con artists

I would just like to say that i have previously bought 4 gm vehicles from burns pontiac and honda in marlton nj 856-983-6060 and have just been scammed by the same dealer buying my 5th!!! It was newyears eve 2002 and my wife and i looked at a 2002 grand prix. We were told to sign a few "blanket forms" take the vehicle home and decide over the new years holiday (we were at that point declined by gmac). We did just that and decided that evening we could not afford the vehicle because during that day my wife was laid off... The next day (new years day) i saw the car salesman tom at the video store and told him our situation and we will return the vehicle. He said ok. The next morning 0800 hrs i called the finance dept. At burns and spoke to andy.

He said they did not find financing and would stop. I finished work at 330 pm and returned the car to the dealership. I was then told by manager kevin they are cashing the contract gmac bought it and theres nothing i could do. I THEN WENT TO THE OWNER PETER AND WAS TOLD BUISSNESS IS BUISSNESS.

I cannot believe that after spending over 80000.00 on previous gm vehicles that i was being told this. It is absurd that i was tricked into the paperwork. I asked gmac to require paystubs since my wife was laid off and was told they couldnt... I am very unhappy with the way i am being conned!
