Ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam

I bought tires from Schwab a few times, but the last time they haven't lived up to their self-proclaimed reputation and I am livid to the point of never buying again.

I have bought tires from Schwab a few times, however the last time (two years ago) has been a nightmare. There has been an ongoing problem with one of the tires, and they have refused to do anything other than tell me that there is a problem with the tire! What a blatant insult to my intelligence!

I reached a point where all I would do was go to the store to have them check the air in the tires and add air as needed. Each time I have been informed that "the one tire seems to be extremely low." The last time I drove to the store, I was even asked if I had purchased the tires there before the person would even check the tire pressure!

I am angry to the point of never aking another purchase from this company, but I do want them to know that I am among other irate consumers!
