Rented trailer from them in 2000. Largest that could be hitched to my Sedan. They had to put in a hitch and wire the car for the brakelight on the trailer. They wired it so the headlights stay on when the car is off! Had to have it fixed at the office on the other end (Mungo just pulled out all the wires so it could not be used again. The jerk in NJ ignored me "helping other customer." jsut shmoozing with the guy while I stood patiently in line, really.
At the other end my Dad goes for the deposit refund and they needed my credit card so "they'd know how to credit it." Eventually got the deposit back.
Oh, and the guy in Saddle Brook tried to downsell me into a smaller trailer b/c he had few medium size ones available. "just asking."
Why is it always the customer's problem that they don't have the truck/traile
