60-Day Money-Back Guarantee Liar! Refused to refund my money upon request, when they did not sell my car

Cars & Transport

I was solicited via phone by Sabrina Stone (800-430-1965, ext. 105.) She explained the nature of their business, which is to help people sell their cars. They got my info from my listing on the AutoTrader.com. Anyway, She said if they could not sell my car within 60 days, I'd get a refund, minus $29.00 for processing. It sounded like a good deal. Anyway, after almost a month went by, and I didn't get one phone call, email, or nothing. I called to express my disappointment on Sabrina's voice mail. Never heard back from her. So, I waited till June 30th to call and request my refund. They claimed that I would not get a refund, because I had to sent them a cancellation notice, which was on the back of my receipt. Well, I explained to them that they never sent me a receipt. I paid over the phone with my credit card, and I was never mailed a receipt with a cancellation notice. I told them that I'm looking directly at your 60-day Money Back Guarantee, and here's what it says, "Customers who purchase a vehicle advertisement featuring our 60 Day Money Banck Guarantee, may request a refund at the end of that period. The refunded amount will be your purchase price minus a $29 processing fee. These conditions can also be found on your receipt."
I was very, very upset when she told me that I was not going to get a refund because I did not return a "receipt." Well, first of all, why would they send me a receipt and ask me to send it back to them. This company was just looking for an excuse not to refund my money, but I want my money back. I gave them the opportunity to sell my car, which they did not. They only got my business under false pretenses, telling me that they have "several buyers" looking for cars. They only GOT my business because of the refund factor. Had it not been for that, I would never have paid the $150 charge for them to sell my car, as I already had it listed with AutoTrader.com and paid for that ad. Please find out how many other people have been ripped off because these people don't want to honor their 60-Day Money Bank Guarantee, and stop them in their tracks.

Thank you so much for whatever you can do. I'm glad I finally took the time to address this. I just ran across your website this evening by accident, doing a search on customerservice@neo-tech.com. I got ripped off by them too.
