Did not reinbursement me for repair. Auth #ho7-90023-89

Got this service contract #rpp 852064, for $ 942.00 for my 2004 ford freestar in 2007. Had to have some repair done to it on 08/09/07 at my ford dealer. Ford dealer call Heritage adminnistration services to get an auth.

Auth# ho7-90023-89 was given. Repair were made

They told the ford dealer, that they would mail me the reinbursement, that was on 08/09/07, have not recived any check yet from them..

I have made about 15 call to them, they all say l need to talk to? When l get? It the same. A big run around.

Yes l have all paper work, and auth.
