Company failed to pay reimbursement on AUTH # C

My wife and I have a 7 year Platinum RV Service Contract with Heritage Administration Services, Inc. (contract # HRV 171394) purchased on 12/05.

On 03/26/08 our RV had a major rear suspension problem requiring towing and repair at On The Border Freightliner of El Paso, TX. Repairs were completed after getting AUTH# C08*6903*621 from Heritage Administrative Services. Repairs plus tax amounted to $671.68, which I paid up front after being told I would be reimbursed by Heritage.

My contract also states I will be reimbursed for food and lodging if the breakdown occurs more than 100 miles from home and the repair activity keeps the vehicle overnight for repairs. The RV was towed to the repair activity on the evening of 03/26/08 and I picked it up on 03/28/08. Receipts for food and lodging totaling $121.49 were faxed to 614-358-3704 ATTN: Paul for reimbursment (I have Transmission Verification Report).

After waiting greater than 8 weeks with no word from Heritage, I called Administrative Services (800-981-5989) repeatedly in June and July. Each time I was told my claim had been approved and was being processed by the main office. When I finally asked out of frustration how to contact the main office, I was told that information was not known. When I persisted and asked to talk to a supervisor, the lady (Ashley) hung up on me.

We would appreciate any assistance you could provide to resolve this matter.
