National Auto Warranty / Company refused to cover the repairs to my car after it broke down in the first 45 days

I have a 1995 GEO Metro. I insured with National Dealers Warranty because the car was getting close to 100,000 miles. After 45 days the car over-heated and caused the head to warp. They said they would pay for the water pump and the towing only, which to this day they have NOT done.

They claim that the car's over-heating was caused by a faulty water pump. This in turn caused the head to warp. I had to pay over $4,000.00 to replace the motor, water pump, generator, new timing belt and hoses. I was then told that the transmission was also in need of replacement. I had to pay an additional $1,500.00 to have the transmission repaired.

To this day Natonal Dealers Warranty has not paid me one cent. I have now cancelled my policy with them because they refused to pay. I had my policy on a down payment and a monthly pay plan. They charged my credit card for one more month even after I cancelled the plan.
