I was scammed and deceived

In Nov when I purchased my 2004 Mitisbushi Endeavor when applying for the loan I was told that it would help me if I had a co-signer. So I got my mom to come down and she was the co-signer so we thought. After when we had left and they processed the paper work everything had gotten placed in my moms name the car, regististration everything. When I had called about the error they said that it did not matter and it was too late to change the paper work. So I had to change the registration in my name and change of address. And now when they call for anything at my home number and mail that comes from them comes in my mom's name. So they lied to us in regards to that and placed the car in my mom's name which is not to happy about, she thought she was just being a co-signer.
