Telephone harrassment the rules change every month

Took out loan, I have paid alittle late every month, but payments are made. I was told no action would be taken if I did not go more than a month behind. I get harassing phone calls every day I am late. The have gone as far as call my work, my sick Brother, who was a reference, not a co - signer, Then today I was told I had better get payment in by the 18th. I have been much later than that before, yet now i get threats!!! My point, i have been a month behind but never more than that. I have already paid them the loan back and then some!!! They are crooks and i need help!!!
