They took money from me

I filled out a loan application online for $10,000 and I get a call a few weeks later from this private lender named Rockville credit solution. They tell me that they can help me get the loan so I go along with it and they say they need a co-signer and I get a so-signer but what they didn't tell me is that the co-signer had to have a credit score of 700-800 and my co-signer new their credit was good but wasn't sure about the score so they wouldn't except it. So they said we could get an insurance company to be the co-signer (and me really needing the loan said okay) so they asked for $325 for the processing of the insurance so I sent them that then they said they needed $200 more for another processing and I agreed to that. (I wish I didn't agree) Now they take all day to process the loan and then they said that the bank is closed an I will be getting my loan on Saturday (1-30-10) at 12:01 am and I called my bank the next morning and nothing no money. So I called the loan company and they said that the computers are down and I should get my loan on Monday.

I waited until yesterday (2-1-10) and nothing. I called them back again and they told me that they were going to have some call me to verify my information at 1:30pm their time (they are in MD) so I wait and nothing I give them an hour past the time they said they would call back and nothing. So now I call them back and they told me that the need another 200 dollars for the insurance because the insurance company for got to tell them about some extra fees. I was like BS. I don't believe that and I want my money back that I sent you guys. They told me that they have to get it from the insurance company and when they do that they will give me a call next monday (I will be giving them a call next monday) so they can get my mailing address so they can mail me a check back for the amount I sent them. This was a scam and because I am having financial problems I did what they said. I can't believe there are people like that. They prey on the week and don't care. I am hoping and praying I get that money back. Never trust any loan company that just calls you and says I can give you a loan. You need to have proof and I didn't have any just what the guy said in a voice mail.
