Joe Ricci's A Big Rip Off Claims to HELP consumer WELL No Messed Up THIS ONE!

I went to a car dealer in taylor michigan joe ricci's i purchased a vehicle there and was told after 6 months i could refinance or get another vehicle with a smaller monthly payment I also needed a co-signer well got a co-signer and they paid him one thousand dollars too help me it would be A thank you from them well now that my six month is coming up this month i called joe ricci's in taylor,

They told me i could not refinance my vehicle i have to have it a year? Well i cannot afford to keep this high payment but i did'nt tell them this They told me call Mule well I did find a card and called and have been nothing but put off now it's a game for them and at this point they will not answer my calls last week one of there partners make a remark to me ask for a new co-signer and i gave him her info and he calls me back and says what are you trying to do? He claimed i have given him false info and says what are you doing working for the FBI i almost fell over all i want is to either refinance to have a smaller payment or get another vehicle that i can truly afford,

At this time I'm on disability and have been scammed by both i told joe ricci's and Mule If this has been done too me how many more people has this been done too I Can't stop paying for this vehicle the co-signer would probaly Sue me i feel joe ricci's should help me out after all they hired mule to work for them I Need Help ASAP i'm ready to have a nervous break down over this MESS...
