Fixed same recall problem 4 years in a row 4th time WANTED TO CHARGE ME 1100.00 WITH THE SAME RECALL ISSUE

Purhased my 2000 chevy corvvet at at auction with 10,000 miles. It was still under fatory warrenty.in 2005 had a problem with the steering column loking up. Towed in to dealership and they told me it was under a recall. Gm messed up when building this car. So they fixed it. It has been back at the dealership for the past 4 years with the same problem. Last time they took my lock plate out so now my car does not lock at all even when car is shut off. They also chnaged my harness and actuator same as they have allways done. Now that the problem is there again they charged me 1100.00 dollars and lied and told gm no manager was there to talk to. So now i go to pick my car up and they say pay or you dont get your car back.

First off when my car left my possion my key was working and they told me that my key did not work and they had to change the harness again.

Now gm wont even call me back, this was a re call that they never fixed properly and now are trying to charge me. They were rude they lied. They are a bunh of crooks
