Ripoff Bad service, Bad Customer Service and lieing Management

I have a 2001 Chevorlet Corvette Z06. The car is very hard to work on so i took it in to Pohanka chvrolet (an authorized chevy) dealership it get my clutch replaced. They replaced the clutch but the guy who replaced the clutch did not know anything about corvettes and that is where the prblem started.

After I got the clutch installed there is a vibration in the car around 3-4k rpm. I took it back and they said there is not vibration i had to drive with them to show what vibration i am talking about then they saw the problem. They kept the car for 3 days and then told me to come pick it up as it is fixed. Test drove the car still had vibration took it home and brought it back as the service department is closed on the weekeends.

Monday they kept it for a week and friday I get a call to come pick it up and off course the problem is still there. I asked the serive manager and he told me they took everything apart and put it back together and did not see a problem and this vibration is normal in corvettes. I did not have any vibrations in my corvette before so I was not ready to accept all that BS.

I took it to another dealership and asked them about this they tld me that the clutch was not installed properly and the problem is most probably in a unabalanced fly wheel but they wont fix this problem as this is a wokmanship issue and not a warranty issue.

I thought it was time to get GM involved they kept trying to get hold of the dealer ship for a month and a half and then I get a call from a Manager from GM customer service saying that they cant really help me as the dealership are not controlled by GM they are privately owned. And this issue is a workmanship issue and they can not help me.

At this time I was ready to call me lawyer and sue every one involved. But before I do that I thought I should call the General Manger of pohanka and see if he can do anything about this. I talked to him for 15 min but I don't think anything is going to change so I am going to Virginia's bar Associations website to get me a lawyer and deal with these crooks in court.
