Hijacked my truck for 2 hours, charged 36$ for no services rendered - bad service

I went to this company to have an electrical part installed on my truck for trailer brakes. It involved plugging 2 wires together in a snap together coupling
and fastening the outlet to the bumper with 4 bolts. I had installed the previous wiring plug in a parking lot myself and it took 15 minutes. After 2 hours of patient
waiting for these people to work on my truck I inquired as to the status of my truck. I was informed it would be 15 more minutes. After an additional 20 minutes
I inquired again as to the status of my truck. I was then told it would be an additional 20 minutes. I complained to what appeared to be a 'manager' of this
outfit. After an additional 15 minutes I still didn't have my truck. I then demanded my truck be returned. I was out of time and patience with people who had no intention of working on my truck and certainly no interest in providing service to customers. They charged me 36$ for a 15$ part and 15 minutes of work after wasting 2 hours of my time! When I got home the part they had mounted and charged for had already fallen-off my truck.

This place is a total flim-flam in my estimation. Don't go there!
