Drive fianacial advised me that they would accept a payment arrangment on my account after I made one full payment. Once the payment was made my vehicle was repoed. Drive new their mistake, because I too work in the same field.instead of the company rectifying the situation by calling and correcting every thing with me the consumer, they just fired their Repo manager whom was the one to violate FDCPA. If you advise a consumer that you are going to do something, then you have to do it. I am wanting to participate in the class action lawsuit against this company.
