In July I had to take out a Car Title Loan because of a Financial situation with my Bank that I thought was going to be resolved. My bank ended up Closing my accounts and sent me a check of $8. I called whilshire consumer credit and told them my situation and that my my loan payment would be late and they were very rude and told me that I had to pay that day or they would repo. My car. This was yesterday 9-6. This morning they came and repo. My car and to get it back they want my payment plus $400 and by tomorrow it will go up to $900. How do these people sleep at night? Count me in on the Class Action lawsuit!
