Did not deliver what they promise

I contacted this company to pick up a truck I bought out of state, I was told that they could have the truck pick up the very next day, all I need it to do was to pay them the deposit and they will take care of everything else. First the truck was not pick up the same day, neither the same week, I tried to call them they never returned my phone calls, finally I got in contact with somebody from the company who told me they have a driver ready to pick up the truck the next day, I was provided with a wrong phone number, I could get in contact with the same lady after leaving her numerous messages and she gave another phone number for the driver that was suppose to pick up the truck, when I contacted the driver he informed that he did not have any pick up scheduled from American Relocator. To make the story short I ended contracting another company after 10 days of waiting for American auto relocator to pick up the truck, the truck was delivery within a week. I lost $75.00 dollars that they refuse to refund. But I will never recommend that company to nobody. Stay away from that company, it was a nightmare doing business with them. Again stay away from that company. Better to pay a little more than been treated like you are stupid.
