Didn't pay off trade in's loan

Please do not buy a car here!!!
I traded in a vehicle over 60 days ago and the loan on that vehicle STILL has not been paid off. This is negatively effecting my credit and has been turned over to a collections agency. I have contacted the dealership by phone and in person, the sales person, Eric Garcia, will not call back and the owner, Fred Coiffi, has done nothing to fix the situation. All I want is the loan paid off.

I would give this company a negative rating if I could. Do not buy a car here!!!
