Pheonix Hard Parts
Sold me a bad tranny, won't return phone calls, and wont refund core fee

Cars & Transport

On february 13,08 we bought a transmission for my 2000 Honda passport for $1604.95, it was sent to us with the wrong connector, we sent it back, had it installed and they was a leak, one of the gaskets were broke, they sent us the part, and it was replaced, and the tranny is still disfunctional. We eventually had to get it fixed by a local mechanic shop for an additional $1400.00. I was willing to eat that, and just get my core refund fee back of $ 550. For my tranny that i send them. They will not return my phone calls and every single time i call, they tell me that same story, the check is on the owners desk he just has to sign it. It has been 5 months, i think he could of found a minute or two to sign a simple check. Frank Kuperman is the owner and he is constantly out of the office (at least thats what they tell me) and he does not have a voice mail, and no assistant manager. This company has more negative feed back than i have seen ever by one company. Bottom line they are RIP OFF'S!
