Rip-off

I also saw Phoenix Hard Parts on Ebay, looked into a transmission on their web site. I ordered a tranny, no warrenty was implied other than the basic. After th Tranny was installed by a certified Auto Repair business, I didn't work, would not go foward, The linage was different as well.

After getting the run around from MIKE, and FRANK (the owner) for two days they admitted that it was their fault. I was told that I had to pay ship it back to be fixed and pay again to get it shipped back to me, Also I had to pay the Machanic again to remove the tranny and pay to have it installed again. After threatening them in legal action they agreed to refund my money. I don't see how they are still in business SCAMMERS
