I talked to a doctor and his wife who were protesting this crooked car dealership in the hot 4th of july sun and they gave me the courage to write this letter. They can be reached at. I hope other nash victims will email them.
Chuck nash sold me a car for $15,000. My credit was approved. I signed the contract and gave him a $1400 downpayment, but they did not give me a copy. I went back the next day and asked for a copy of my contract and they refused-the salesman yelled at me and said they would mail it and to stop bothering him, but they never did. The finance company sent me my registration papers and i mailed them my first payment of $420. Shortly after this a sheriff showed up at my door and said that chuck nash was accusing me of stealing the car! Even though i paid everything i agreed to, nash took my car, resold it, refused to return any of my money and ruined my credit. Then he sued me and he and his lawyer began harrassing me with threatening letters and angry, mean phone calls. I was so stressed out and depressed about this, i lost my baby! Please help!
