Chuck nash sr., aka capitol chevrolet owns 2 chevy dealerships, according to an investigative journalist i was interviewed by who is doing a documentary on crooked car dealers. They promised to make things right, but they lied, so i had to sue them for fraud, deceptive trade practices, and breach of contact. This company ran my credit to over 35 banks, when our agreement was they would apply to only 1 bank. Because they lied to me, my credit score dropped so low that my credit is ruined!

These companies have a horrible reputation and are being sued constantly. I called the travis county district clerk and had her send me all lawsuits in which capitol chevrolet was a named party-the district clerk sent me about 40 lawsuits where capitol was a party! Prospective customers should read their contracts carefully. My contract, which seems to be their standard one says (in the fine print) that nash can demand the whole amount of your loan if he just believes you won't pay him! He does not have to give you any notice, he just sneaks onto your property and steals your car! He did this to me, even though i paid him $3,000 down and was current on my payments!!! If you have been a nash / capitol chevrolet victim, i urge you to take action and complain on this site. I also invite you to join the class action lawsuit i am organizing against chuck nash sr./capitol chevrolet. Don't just complain, take action! I will not stop until he is brought to justice.
