"Chuck Nash has been cheating citizens of San Marcos for years-I know for certain, because I worked for him. One of his schemes was this: he inserted a special repo clause in the fine print. It said that if Nash even thought you werent going to pay him, he could repo your car without giving you notice! In the years I worked for him, not a single customer ever noticed this clause, and Nash repoed hundreds of vehicles, then he would resell them. This guy is a total bottom-feeder."
