Deceptive Desk Managers, Thieves, Steal From Sales Staff and Hide Money. Big deals = $100.00 Mini's! Shady Commission Vouchers

I am a former employee of Bell Road Toyota. I was there for three months, and was fired for asking too many questions about my deals. After I sold a car (knowing that it was a big $ deal, I would ask Bob Staup, Manager, what my comminsion would be?) The management is very secretive and does not share that information with their salesman. You find out when you get your voucher. As a salesman, I was a big producer selling 25-30 vehicles a month. What they did to me - was hold all of my pay vouchers until the end of the month. At the end of the month when I received my vouchers-all 27 of them were for $100.00!! I have over 10 years sales experience with over 6 years of desking deals. Bob Staup and Roger Worley stole my money. When I brought this to the attention of owner Joe Alechi, he blew me off. I was terrminated a few days later. They fear well educated sales staff and enjoy the "green peas." They might throw you a $300 or a $500 voucher your first month or two, but their intentions are to hide your money and steal from you. I have nothing but bad things to say about working for Bell Road Toyota. What a sh*t hole!!!
