FYI, beware of the Fleet manager. She is extremely rude! My daughter turned in her vehicle today because her lease is up. She was willing to purchase it or buy a new vehicle. When she talked to the fleet manager she told my daughter that her vehicles value/purchase price was/is $16,000 and if she wanted to keep it she would have to pay over $500.00 per month for 5 years. Thats about 30% folks! Now I don't think I have to display the numbers but I'm sure you can see what a rip off that is. Now I know what you are thinking my daughter doesn't have good credit. The fact is that her credit is not the best but it's not the worst either. She certainly doesn't deserve to be treated with such disrespect and contempt. This fleet manager didn't even have the common courtesy to discuss any other options. I guess Bell Road Toyota and this Fleet Manager make so much money that they don't need my daughters business.
