Update to report filed 01-18 spoke with Payment Processing Center 01-18 (people whp drew u the draft) they sent an email to ALl Star requesting Corp contact by 01-20 recevied a call from 703-430-3984 at 7:00 eastern time Friday night stating they didnt have a corportate # but to use the 866-213-9375 customer service number. Spoke with a csr there they tolds me Id have to wait 6-10 weeks for a refund. When iasked to speak to a supervisior the gave me a "dead" number with a recording. I will be in contact with payment processing on Monday, the very nice lady there told me that if I could not get resolution with ALL Star/Movies Unlimited they would get my money back immediately more to follow
