K And C Rv
We took our motor home here to get warranty work done its been there over 1 month still not done

We were told by the manufacturer, to bring our motorhome into K & C RV to get warranty work done on it. We brought it there and they told us that they wouldn't do warranty work on our motorhome. We finally got that straightened out and they took it and said it would be about 1-2 weeks to get fixed. On the day we were supposed to pick it up, we called to make sure they were done and the service writer told us they hadn't even started on it.

We brought our motorhome in on June 3rd and it is now July 9th and they still aren't done with what needed to be done. It seems like I call there, but they never can call me back so they wait to do anything until I call them. I have never had such poor service for warranty work anywhere!
